Yoga 101: The Series

Ready to take the first step on your Yoga journey, but not sure where to start? Join Kirsta Darrell for this 4-week series focusing on the fundamentals of the yoga practice, from basic poses (with safe alignment!) to discovering the power of breath. Classes will be less about finding a flow, and instead focus on building a strong foundation and workshopping the poses (asanas) and series you’re most likely to see in other classes.

With M.Power’s Yoga 101: The Series you can expect to:
  • feel confident walking into your next yoga studio/class having learned about common poses, modifications, language, and techniques you may encounter.
  • take away 3 basic at-home practices you can utilize if you’re not ready for a studio setting.
  • attend four 75-minute group workshop classes, held weekly, on various topics intended to fully prepare you to enter a studio class
  • foster lasting relationships with other aspiring yogis looking to grow their practice, just like you are!
  • learn and get a workout during each session.
  • includes an electronic PDF of the Yoga 101 Manual, that you can keep as a reference for everything we cover. (Option to purchase a physical copy for a small additional fee)
