The quality of our experience of life is largely contingent on our thought patterns, and without the proper approach to examining them, we, by default, tend towards the negative. By properly examining how our thoughts interpret and assign meaning to ourselves and the world around us, we learn how to improve our quality of life by becoming less apt to reaction, assumption and ego-based decision making. Including yoga asana and meditation practices, this workshop has the power to change life as we know it to be.

Bram Levinson is an internationally acclaimed author (The Examined Life, A Year In The Light: Daily Spiritual Life Hacks, Intentions & Reminders), yoga and meditation teacher, blogger and mentor. Based in Montreal, Bram offers alternative approaches to physical, mental and emotional well-being, promoting healing and spiritual understanding of who we are, why we are here and what this life journey is really all about through group and private classes as well as mentoring sessions, workshops and yoga vacations. He has been on the faculties of multiple conferences, festivals and teacher trainings, and travels throughout the year to bring his teachings to students and teachers around the world. May 2018 will see Bram bring a new group to Barcelona.
