The Way The Light Falls: The Power of Perspective

Date/Time
Mar 31, 2019
7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

The quality of our experience of life is largely contingent on our thought patterns, and without the proper approach to examining them, we, by default, tend towards the negative. By properly examining how our thoughts interpret and assign meaning to ourselves and the world around us, we learn how to improve our quality of life by becoming less apt to reaction, assumption and ego-based decision making. Including yoga asana and meditation practices, this workshop has the power to change life as we know it to be.

Led by special guest Bram Levinson. Sunday March 31st, 7-9pm. $35 for non members (click here to register),  $28 for members (call the studio 410-534-YOGA or stop by the desk for member pricing).
