Explore each of the warrior poses (all three of them!) in this all-levels Moxie Session to bring that warrior strength and focus to your practice! There’s a lot going on in each of these postures and it’s hard to notice and find focus on the various aspects of them as you move through class, so we’re going to workshop them with a focus on alignment, safety, and engagement.
Expect a relaxed but interactive discussion along with a short flow to get warmed up and ready to explore these postures in your own body. After all, you are your best teacher!
