The Moxie Session: Head Over Heels: An Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop

Have you ever wondered, ‘how do they do that?’ while watching some badass yogi flip upside down or balance on their hands?
Join Erica and Jermain for a playful and invigorating workshop that will demystify these advanced poses while building the tools necessary for you to fall head over heels for inversions and arm balances! Flow through a carefully crafted vinyasa sequence with emphasis on alignment to gain the full benefits of each posture and avoid injury. Students will practice poses including headstand, handstand, forearm balance, dragonfly, eight-angle, and crow variations. Challenge yourself and learn how to build the strength and flexibility required to take your practice to new heights!
