Join Ali Blais and Amber Fox as they explain and explore the fundamentals of an arm balance and inversion practice. This workshop will give you the tools and confidence to float off the ground and turn your practice upside down.
Class will begin with a vinyasa flow, intended to strengthen the core, build heat and prepare the shoulders and legs to fly!
With detailed instruction focused on arm balances including crow, side crow, eight angle pose, firefly and supported headstand, practitioners will gain the confidence to play with these postures with and without props while learning proper alignment to prevent injury.
