Join M.Power founder Jason Herd for a special two hour workshop that will help build your confidence on and off the mat. Using an intense physical practice combined with advanced yoga techniques including breathwork, bandhas (energetic ‘locks’ in the body), and meditation, Jason will help you challenge your perception of yourself and what you are truly capable of achieving in the world.
