Moxie Session: Yoga for Self Confidence: An M.Power Teacher Training Preview workshop

Go into the new year with a brand new outlook on yourself and your true potential. Join M.Power founder Jason Herd for a special two hour workshop that will help build your confidence on and off the mat. Using an intense physical practice combined with advanced yoga techniques including breathwork, bandhas (energetic ‘locks’ in the body), and meditation, Jason will help you challenge your perception of yourself and what you are truly capable of achieving in the world.

This workshop will include a 75 minute practice and 45 minutes of discussion. The workshop is open to all and strongly encouraged for anyone considering taking M.Power’s 200 hour Teacher Training. It will provide a preview of some of the deeper topics covered in the program. Stay after for a Q&A session with Jason to answer any questions about the program.
