Did you know that yoga is so much more than just poses? The poses are only a small part of this practice we all love so much. And you know that post-yoga glow you get after an epic class? Well, there are techniques that have been developed for thousands of years that help us connect to that feeling off the mat in our day to day life. Join Michelle to tap into these powerful deeper teachings and make 2018 your best year yet!

In this workshop we will learn about the “niyamas” or “observances” which are purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study, and surrender. We will explore how each one can help you cultivate your inner practice and give you tools to create a life that you love. So if you’re feeling stuck in your practice, or are looking for a reset for this new year, or simply want to learn more about yoga, then this workshop is for you!


Come prepared to listen, breathe, and move. This workshop is open to all and strongly encouraged for anyone considering taking M.Power’s 200 hour Teacher Training. It will provide a preview of some of the deeper topics covered in the program. Stay after for a Q&A session with Michelle to answer any questions about the program.
