This workshop is specially designed to address the roles that purpose and doubt should and, in actuality, do play in our daily lives.
What we dream of doing with our lives always co-arises with the obstacles we envision preventing us from getting there. That fear usually dictates the decisions we make instead of making room for hope and faith in how things might actually work out, and so this workshop is for those who dare to dream and need a little spiritual nudge to get past their sense of “stuckness”. Incorporating a 45-minute asana class to help shift the weight of our tensions, limiting beliefs and fears, this workshop will be particularly informative to those who suffer from fear, anxiety and intense emotional roadblocks on their life path. Uplifting and inspiring, this class is guaranteed to leave students feeling motivated and empowered.
