    A Blacklight & Bodypaint Yoga Dance Fusion class.

    Join Courtney for a 75 minute class that fuses Power Vinyasa Yoga and dance into one fun sweaty flow. This sequence is designed to help you find your breath and your inner beat. Expect to move, groove, flow and glow all to the rhythms of a live DJ. Come early to get accessorized with body paint and glow sticks. Stay late for drinks and snacks (provided by M.Power) and make a new friend or two.

    Join PEAK Performance Training and M.Power for a Triathlon.  The Triathlon is starting at Peak and ending at M.Power.
    • 55-minute Interval Training Session, Strength & Conditioning, Heart-Rate Monitoring, Designed for every fitness level.
    • 2.5 mile run (from Peak to M.Power)
    • 75-minute Power Yin class
