One of my all-time favorites, especially for summertime!
I like to start in wide-legged chair with my feet hip width distance apart or more – this creates a solid base in your feet and allows more room to bind. From wide-legged chair, move into prayer twist, then open up your arms and plant one hand firmly on the ground between your feet, lift the other up to the sky. Open up through your shoulder girdle here, then bind. Shift your weight onto your standing leg (the one that is not bound), and begin to rise, keeping your bind solid and your chest open and proud. You made it! If you like, try to straighten your bound leg.
