What led you to become a yoga instructor?
I believe that yoga was brought to me.  I was in a sad confusing place in my life and came across a postcard to try power vinyasa.  It felt like a calling, so I went for it.  A few months into my new hot practice, the teacher announced a teacher training – my heart dropped in utter fear so I knew in that moment I had to sign up.  My life changed – empowerment through vulnerability – I am so grateful and so blessed to pass on this ancient practice.

What yoga posture challenges you the most right now?
hahahaha!  I’m sorry but I have to laugh.  At 22 weeks pregnant, my yoga practice has evolved tremendously.  I follow my body’s wants and needs and feel humbled and grateful that I am able to hold a strong practice with this little miracle growing inside of me.  Upward Facing Dog is a favorite of mine that feels a bit uncomfortable right now…
What is your favorite thing about teaching?
Being me.
Where would you most like to travel, and why?
Back to both Spain and Israel as an adult to explore my roots.
Outside of teaching, what do you like to do for fun?
Hiking with my husband and crazy sweet puppy, dancing, finding fabulous concerts and festivals, knitting (yes, I said knitting), traveling and exploring new spaces.
What is one thing about you that most people don’t know?
That I’m not Italian 😉   To be honest, I’m a pretty open book!!
