What led you to become a yoga instructor?
I was experiencing some depression and decided I needed to find a spiritual path.  Growing up I never went to church regularly so spirituality was missing from my life.  As my training progressed I discovered all of the wonderful things yoga can do for the mind AND the body.  I think most people go into yoga for the physical benefits but grow in the opposite direction.

What yoga posture challenges you the most right now?
I have been working on Flying Pigeon and am still scared to fall on my face!
What is your favorite thing about teaching?
The wonderful people I get to meet and connect with.
Where would you most like to travel, and why?
I have had the desire to go out west for a while now.  I would like to spend some time in the desert- specifically Joshua Tree and Zion.
Outside of teaching, what do you like to do for fun?
Paint, draw, run, read
What is one thing about you that most people don’t know?
…ummm…i don’t know- I’m pretty much an open book!
