Join Jason Williams every Sunday at 4:15pm for a NEW class at M.Power: Transformational Meditation. This 30-minute class will teach basic meditation techniques to help you reach a higher state of awareness. You can take this as a stand-alone class or jump in after the 3pm M2 class. Meditation can be used to reduce stress & anxiety, lower blood pressure & heart rate, and can also aid with insomnia. Each week there will be different techniques to help you awaken to your true self and master the moment, allowing you to be more present and content in your everyday life.
